FREMONT CA: FOG/FIA Holi Celebrations was a overwhelming success with tens of thousands of people attended and it was hosted and organized by FOG Founder Dr. Romesh Japra and FOG Chair Cultural JyotsnaVijayaLakshmi Sharma along with FOG President Rajesh Verma, Media Chair Ritu Maheshwari and several others. They distributed Certificate of appreciation to all organization heads and dance schools for their support. Dignitaries, Fremont Mayor Raj Salwan, Santa Clara Mayor Lisa M. Gillmor, Supervisor David Haubert, and Consul Abhishek Kumar Sharma attended the event along with several special guests, who ceremonially played with colors and appreciated the FOG Holi celebrations. Event held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 11:00 am-6.00 pm in Washington school Fremont.
FOG Holi festival of colors gathered thousands of people with their family and friends, where people chase each other with smashing organic colors with lots of happiness and fun. Everyone is enjoying the music, grooving to the beats, mesmerizing dances on stage with vibrant energy, and relishing the food in the event.
Lot of spectacle dance flashmob performances from different schools with multiple age groups, nearly 600 kids/adults performed dances blending Indian dance styles with high energy Bollywood and Holi theme flashmob dances.
FOG Cultural Team Directors Shubadha, Abhilash, Jyothi, Mayura, Harsha, Jeeva and few more volunteers helped volunteering, did an outstanding job managing backstage for smooth execution of the cultural segment. All dance teams are very happy for performing as part of event and received lots of applause.
At the end of event, Cultural Chairperson Jyotsna Vijaya Lakshmi Sharma Ji concluded expressed her gratitude for Dr. Romesh Japra Ji for the opportunity to all dance schools on stage and appreciated FOG team members and volunteers for their efforts to make event successful. Big shout out to everyone who participated in the event and making successful.
