Mr. Balwinder Singh Bajaj, born and brought up in Mumbai, graduated from India and immigrated to the US in the year 1981, and started his business of automobile parts. Inspired by his brother Jagatjit Singh, who had established Dara’s Dhaba in Mumbai; and possessing a passion for cooking himself, established the Royal Delhi Palace and Banquet Hall at 22323 Sherman Way #11, West Hills CA 91303 in the year 2019.

Located at a busy commercial complex in West Hills, Mr. Bajaj grew his business year on year, offering the best of dishes to his clients along with the facility of a banquet hall. Mr. Bajaj has been able to snowball his business from the local community wherein important functions are held at his banquet hall, while customers looking for good quality cuisine, flock to his restaurant for his signature dishes. All of this has helped Royal Delhi Palace earn a 5-star rating on Yelp.

The Banquet Hall is recently renovated and remodeled with a capacity of 250 persons, with full facilities that can readily cater to small and big parties.  Mr. Bajaj, a good cook himself, utilizes the services of his main chef Randhir Singh (Ladi) who hails from Punjab and is very confident of dishes that he turns out daily.

“The customer must be happy and he should leave satisfied that he has got his money’s worth. Serving delicious food with no compromise on quality and providing excellent service is the key in the hospitality industry” says Mr. Bajaj.
