CHICAGO: Shina Trivedi, a Lake Park school student and a young community activist in her own right, was presented the Student Leadership and Serving Community award by Maria Papas, the Cook County Treasurer.
Besides that, Shina also got recognized along with her team and got West Suburban DECA for young kids Best Business Marketing status for her support and duties for humanitarian causes.
Shina is known in her school and nearby areas of Chicago for her social services helping the needy students and poor through various social programs. She is one of LEO for Lions club too.
Shina is the daughter of community activist Hina Trivedi. Hina said that she feels proud as a single mom to Shina.
