WASHINGTON, DC: Acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker is credited with a view that judges in the United States ought to take a “Biblical view of justice”

This view is hugely debatable and according to Nikhil Joshi of Hindu American Foundation. “Acting Attorney General Whitaker’s position requiring a biblical view be held by judges is not only repugnant and offensive, but any such requirement would violate the U.S. Constitution. “

To assert justice cannot be dispensed by qualified judges who are of  faith other than Christianity is not an acceptable  proposition , and contradictory to hundreds of years of jurisprudence, it is felt Candidates for any elected or appointed position, not only judgeships, shall be considered without regard to any religious litmus test, said Joshi.
