FOG/FIA Diwali Day Cultural Segment

FOG/FIA Diwali Day Cultural Segment was hosted and organized by FOG/FIA Cultural Chair/Actress Jo Sharma (Jyotsna) with 80+ dance teams on FOG Diwali event. Dr. Romesh Japra, founder of FOG and Rajesh Verma, President distributed trophies to all dance competitions winners.

Special attraction of the cultural was the showstopper FOG Diwali Fashion Walk in Indian Traditional Attires with Diyas dance incorporated with fashion show choreographed by Jo Sharma who walked as show stopper with other 15 beautiful models. It was a spectacle and treat to the eyes.  There were huge crowds attending the event.

FOG Diwali day is filled with Dance competitions of multiple age groups with 500+ kids/adults performing dances blending Indian dance styles with Bollywood and Classical. Unique blends of styles include classical mix hiphop, Kutthu with bollywood and other popular diwali theme dances. Abhilash helped by volunteering/co-hosting the cultural for second half of the event. Jyotsna(Jo) along with Abhilash/Ramya/Shubadha and the cultural team of 20 volunteers did an outstanding job managing backstage for smooth execution of the cultural segment. There were 3 judges for all segments whole day. All dance teams are very happy and getting great feedback with trophies and certificates. Large Music groups also participated.

Thousands of parents attended to watch their kids compete. It was a grand success with all teams participating and winning.

Bollywood Actor Omi Vaidya was the Celebrity Guest of Honor and honored diwali activities and took pictures with cultural participants.

Stage is set up with Diwali theme, adding to the beauty of dance performance showcases. Parents were looking forward to the next event. Lot of renowned big dance groups came to perform in FOG. Blend of beautiful diwali themed dances, multiple remix styles with all age groups of kids and adults on stage.
