CHICAGO: Customer is the King and MoneyDart in Chicagoland sought to prove that maxim to the hilt by organizing a month long celebration eulogizing the huge part that customers play in achieving success. It was the Customer Appreciation Month in June this year which this highly rated money exchange firm in USA sought to highlight and emphasis.
The four weeks celebration included inviting the existing and potential customers to their facilities on Devon Avenue, Chicago and in Hoffman Estate, a northwest suburb of Chicago, and treating them like King and Queen. Not only that, the Money Dart managers and staff members presented the patrons with some gifts as a token symbolizing the appreciation that Money Dart felt for their patronage.
The celebrations, says Vice President Prabhakar Patel, included hosting the customers to tea parties,
Ice cream for kids, social meets, presenting gifts to key account customers and above all, have cake cutting ceremonies at the Money Dart facilities on Devon Avenue and in Schaumburg as well as businesses of valued customers.
Ms Shelha Jamil, heading the Devon facility, said that this helped the company a lot in understanding the problems faced by the customers and “we would try to address them and make us more customer friendly.” Kids of the neighborhood were treated as mini-kings and they had great time enjoying cookies and ice cream
Money Dart has recently started emphasizing its new thrust in their services to the customers and this involves exchange of foreign currencies, including Indian and Pakistani rupees, and Taka of Bangladesh.
