CHICAGO: Through the years, Metropolitan Asian Family Services (MAFS) has a great corporate culture to recognize and appreciate their employees for all their contributions to the organization’s success!
It conducts family picnics, arranges cruises, and awarded with bonuses and appreciation gifts for the employees every year. For the past few years, UMAS employees have worked harder than ever under very unusual circumstances. They have weathered the storm of working as frontline workers and some of them working remotely, keeping the senior population healthy and free from isolation. MAFS believes that showing their appreciation and gratitude to its employees this year is more important than ever!
A special mention about Niles and Vernon Hills location that celebrated Employee Appreciation Day by having food and fun time at the Bowling Alley! It was generously sponsored by the management of U. JahnaviBavisi, Manager of Niles/Vernon Hills location, gathered all her staff members to give them a fun time at the Bowling Alley. She said that it makes a lot of difference when employees are recognized this way. She thanked the management for arranging such a lovely outing for the employees.
