City of Fremont recognizes FOG during AAPI heritage month of May

FREMONT, CA:  FOG (Festival of Globe) Founder, Dr. Romesh Japra received Fremont City Proclamation for Asian American coalition as Fremont celebrates May as AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islander) month. City recognized the excellent work FOG is doing in bringing the community together and contributing in making Fremont happiest city in the country.

Dr. Japra said, “FOG believes in Hindu concept of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutambakam’ that treats the whole world as one family. We as a society can only grow and be happy when we work together and help each other.”

FremontCity Council of Fremont praised the work FOG is doing to unite and develop the community. FOG has been supporting the diverse community’s cultural and social growth. Fremont mayor Lily Mei presented the proclamation and Councilmember Teresa Cox organized it.
