FREMONT, CA: Bay Area community leaders joined together at the home of Yogi and Monica Chugh on Sunday, October 7 for a fundraiser to benefit Supervisor Richard Valle and his campaign to retain his seat on the Alameda County Board of Supervisors.
Co-hosts Yogi Chugh, Ro Khanna, Dr Romesh K. Japra, Joe Johal and Rahul Roy along with Ravindra Johal, Anil Yadav, Rajesh Verma, Dharminder Dewan, Manorama Joshi, Veena Birla and others in a very short window of time, created an event that expressed fully a unified and strong voice of support for the Supervisor.
Supervisor Valle was appointed in late June to fill the vacancy created by Supervisor Nadia Lockyer’s departure from the Board. Since that time, the Supervisor has jumped right in and has addressed issues facing the general community head on. Supervisoir Valle is a leader with whom community leaders look forward to partnering on many issues of mutual concern.
