CHICAGO: The Gujarati Samaj of Chicago organized the first event of the year 2019 on March 24 with a bowling contest, ‘Strike Line Ten’, at Roselle, a northwest suburb of the city. Over 80 children and members of the Samaj participated in the event.
The nearly four-hour program began at 11 a.m. with favorable weather attracting a large participation . The program concluded with the GSC Board members presenting trophies to winner.
Aayush Patel won the first place in the kids bowling contest for the age group seven to 12 Years. He was followed by Pria Vyas at second place and Vrinda Shah at third place.
Anuja Trivedi won the first place in kids under-seven bowling, followed by Anvi Shah at second place and Keya Patel at third place
The trophy donors were Dhitu Bhagwaker, Suryakant Patel (GSC past President), Bhavesh Shah, Dakshes Modi, Sandip Shah, and Sanjay Shah.
