CHICAGO: The Hindi Divas organized by Consulate General of India, in association with Hindi Coordination Committee, Chicago, on 22 September 2023 at the Consulate office was a great success.
Indian community activists, distinguished persons and institutions, Hindi language enthusiasts, promoters of Hindi language in Chicago and nearby areas were present during this interactive, literary event followed by a short cultural program.
The program included a short Drama “Balidan” by students of “Dramatech of America”, poetry segment by kids and adults and a panel discussion on the “Progress and Prospects of Hindi”. As a token of appreciation, Deputy Consul General T.D. Bhutia presented books to the kids who participated in the cultural activity.
