CHICAGO: Joining its US headquarter in New Jersey, Moneydart Chicago facilities celebrated International customer service week from October 7 to October 11 with great enthusiasm, spirit and commitment to customer satisfaction and dedicated the week to breast cancer awareness.
In Illinois Moneydart have two branches and several agent locations to facilitate the community with their state of the art services. Their branches are located on Devon Ave Chicago (Managed by Ms. Shehla Jamil) and Hoffman Estates IL (Managed by Jijo George) with the supervision and able monitoring from Prabhakar Patel, Asst. Vice President and Head Project Americas for Moneydart Global Services Inc.
The branches were decorated with pink and white balloons. Pink ribbons, pink flowers and healthy snacks were distributed to customers all week long. Different activities were designed for its employees all over the globe to educate and understand the goals and objectives of the company, improve the customer engagement and to motivate them to go extra miles.
