Ramphal is a delightful tropical fruit. It is easy to make refreshing Ramphal smoothie, milkshake and many delicious desserts, and enjoy this flavorful fruit. Blend ripe Ramphal with yogurt or milk for a creamy, tropical treat packed with vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants, promoting digestive health and boosting immunity.
- Ramphal Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe Ramphal
- 1 cup yogurt (Cold Refrigerated)
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
- Peel and deseed the Ramphal.
- Place the peeled and deseeded Ramphal into a blender.
- Add 1 cup of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of honey to the blender.
- Toss in a handful of ice cubes.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve the Ramphal smoothie chilled.
- Ramphal Milkshake
Ingredients:
Ramphal– 1
Milk – 2 glasses (Cold Refrigerated)
Sugar – Five spoons/1 tablespoon honey
Method:
- Deseeded pulp of fruit
- Blend the deseeded pulp with milk, sugar/honey
- Enjoy the delicious, thick milkshake. Add Ice cubes while serving, if needed.
Note:
- You can add roasted nuts/ dry fruits of choice.
- You can add a ripe banana to make this smoothie more nutritious & delicious too.
