Goa’s highest per capita GDP, enviable human development indices, cosmopolitan culture, impressive infrastructure, quality manpower, picturesque landscape, clean environment and development orientation, not only makes it an ideal base for entrepreneurs to realize their dreams, but also plays a key role in facilitating an environment that is supportive and makes start-ups both technologically innovative and globally competitive, Shah said .
“Quality of life in Goa attracts all and the state which is also blessed with natural beauty has fairly developed infrastructure as compared to other parts of the country. It is time to use this infrastructure and showcase to the business world what Goa can offer,” he said
“After our government initiated a new IT policy and start-up policy in Goa, a lot of people across India have evinced an interest in doing business with Goa. We have a real opportunity to make Goa a real IT destination in India,” Raj Kumar Kamat, President of Vibrant Goa Foundation, said.
